Cowboy Hat Cake

Can't get any better than a matching edible Cowboy Hat for the birthday Cowboy!

Delicious alternating chocolate and vanilla sponge cake with raspberry french pastry cream and thin layer of dark chocolate ganache. The party was decked out with Western party supplies. Love it! Yeehaw!
