Spring treats abloom!

Spring is here and we are loving it! We are so blessed to have our bakery in such a beautiful picturesque location here in Lovely Dana Point Harbor. The birds are chirping, the flowers are in full bloom and our mini desserts and cake are springing into the air!

Our shelves are filled with butter cream sunflower cupcakes in various flavors such as lemon poppy seed, vanilla champaign, and coconut

Easter Petit fours too cute to eat?! They have been a hit in our bakery! delicious flavor combinations include our Vanilla cake with Lemon curd and french pastry cream dipped in white chocolate and our Chocolcate cake with Raspberry and french pastry cream dipped in dark and white chocolate.

 

Spring is in the Air

Birthdays, weddings and anniversaries are in full bloom this year. The popular celebration honoring the First birthday surpassing all other birthdays. Families are going all out, not only with the food and theme, but hiring a professional photographer like "Have Your Cake Photography" to capture the fun filled event. 

     Our Ladybug cake and smash cake was a huge hit and more importantly the
sweet birthday girl thoroughly enjoyed her special cake all for herself!

What better way to celebrate Love then with delicious decadent sweets!

We were so busy on Valentine's Day it was unbelievable. We are so blessed with wonderful clients!

 

 

The Cake pops were very popular! We made our Vanilla Cake with Lemon curd filling dipped in White Chocolate and Chocolate Cake with Fudge Filling dipped in Dark Chocolate

The Victorian Petit fours, magnificent as they are, were the big winner for the ladies! A Decadent Chocolate Cake with Raspberry filling with a Dark chocolate coating and a Vanilla Cake with a Lemon french pastry cream with White chocolate coating. Adorned with delicate butter cream piping. Perfect for a loved one!

 

 Dream Cake and petit fours also a huge hit! Delicious, beautiful and simple.

Ladies and Gentlemen life is uncertain. Eat dessert first!

Each tier has four layers of cake and 3 layers of filling. Our beautiful wedding cake was inspired my our lovely brides lace wedding dress.

Oh my, oh my! we had a blast creating this gorgeous cake for one of our special clients!

The Birthday boy sure did have a FUN time smashing into his personal cake and eyeing all of the beautiful vibrant colors on the cakes. Each tier was a different flavor correspnding to the birthday boy's favorite flavors as a 1 year old. The bottom tier was a Banana Cake with Fresh Banana in a French Vanilla Bean Cream. The second tier was a Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Filling and the top tier was a Strawberry Cake with Fresh Berries and Whip Cream... YUMMY!!!!
